Advanced Training Programs (ATP) is a company dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and very often, help to make clients better than they thought they could be. 

 Class Times

Participants meet up to 4x per week after school in small groups.

Individualized Workouts

Participants are pretested for strength and flexibility. Workouts will be individually customized on test data, goals, and sport (if any).

Best Facility

Train in the best facility with state-of-the-art equipment, locally accessible and plenty of parking. 


Coach Michael was a mixture of a mentor and friend. He taught me how to live and eat healthy and be stronger. I started working out with him when I was in 6th grade and continued through much of high school. I would often ask his opinion about many things I was going through and he gave me honest answers that I still think about today. It has now been about 12 years since I trained with him and am still working out. Chris Galgano 

I started training with Michael in 2001. My parents signed me up with him when I was in 6th grade. I struggled with bullying in school as I was skin and bones weighing no more than 135 pounds. It wasn’t always about having a strong body, but also having a strong mind. Slowly, over time I built a great wall of confidence. Michael trained me and I was active in Tae Kwon Do, surfing, skiing, and ice hockey. He tailored the work outs to the sport I was playing at the time which I truly believe helped develop me into a better athlete. He also gave life lessons that I still use to this day, still thinking back to “what would Mike tell me to do?” I’m thirty years old now and he’s one of my oldest and closest friends. I still call him to this day to ask about supplement/vitamin advice, diet advice, work out advice, or just a friendly chat to see how everything is going. I have served the past four years in the U.S. Army and eight years as a volunteer firefighter and whenever I have an issue, Mike is the one to call. The physical stress these jobs put on your body is astronomical, but Mike has been there, walking me through stretching and work outs to keep my body in good health while others start breaking down. When I look back on all my coaches, the one who stands out the most is Mike. Coaches leave a lasting impact and he certainly impacted my life for the better. Joseph Tolve

I trained under Michael for over five years. His strength training program helped me in ways I couldn’t have imagined. I saw enormous leaps in strength, size, and muscular development as well as overall confidence. I went from being a decent wrestler with a record of 21-9 to going undefeated 41-0 my senior year, breaking the all time wins record for Rye High School(In NY) as well as qualifying for the NY State Championship Tournament and went on to wrestle in college. In about one full year of training with Michael, I broke two NY State Power Lifting records in the bench press and deadlift for my age and weight. This training program not only helped me get bigger and stronger but it helped build confidence and mindset that stands with me to this day. That being said, all these gains don’t come easy. You have to put in the work in but, I can honestly say the juice is worth the squeeze. Charlie Trumm

I started training with Michael as a freshman in high school wanting to get bigger, stronger, and faster. Not only did his programs help me excel in football, lacrosse, and track & field, but under his guidance I was able to break three New York State AAU Powerlifting records at 15 along with another three records at 18. My 40-yard dash time also improved tremendously—he helped me clock in at 4.57 seconds as a senior. I continued training with Mike throughout high school and still use the wealth of knowledge he gave me in my training today. I still make healthy food choices that I learned from him.
